Gary Gillett
I worked at several law firms before opening my own practice in 2010 in downtown Columbus.
I have been practicing law for over 30 years. The focus of my practice has been on assisting businesses that have liquor permits in Columbus and throughout the State of Ohio.
I have been practicing law for over 30 years. The focus of my practice has been on assisting businesses that have liquor permits in Columbus and throughout the State of Ohio.
As to liquor law, I have handled the purchase and sale of businesses, liquor licensing, objections to liquor permit applications and renewals, sales tax matters (including audits), and liquor citations, and provided assistance in securing local option elections.
